Description

From the Manufacturer The BB7 Road SL (RSL) cable actuated disc brakes, for both Cyclocross and Road, are a lightweight upgrade from the original king of cable stoppers, the BB7.

Features

Designed for road brake lever pull

Excellent stopping power in the wet

The RSL‘s upgrades start by saving 25 precious grams per wheel with Ti hardware, alloy backing plates, and lighter organic friction pad material.

Falcon Grey anodizing makes matching the BB7 RSL to any of SRAM’s road groupsets that much easier.

I bought these to replace some squishy Tektro brakes and they are really nice. I have a set of BB7s for my fat bike and road ones for my recumbent but the finish on these are an improvement in looks. A bit pricey but work so well, I can't really complain. Easy to install and maintain. They are wonderful - a very nice upgrade from the standard BB7s I had on my previous bike. The kit includes all of the mounting screws, brackets, and even the barrel adjuster for the brake line.Added bonus - the included screws for the rotor are titanium as well.great product. Replaced my BB5 avid brakes and there is a complete difference in the two brakes, with the BB7 being far superior. Put them on both of our Cyclocross bikes. So much better than every other mechanical disk brake option. I like them just as much as my hydro's!
