I got these brake calipers and discs mostly because they were the only mechanical brakes I could find for a good price.They arrived earlier than predicted which was great and installation was very easy even though there were not instructions included or anywhere I could find online.The support email worked well with quick replies and helpful info and documents.One bit that took a while to sore out was the front brake which seemed to want to rub not matter what I did to adjust the pad spacing or alignment or cable adjustment. It took a few days before I realized that the tight angle the cable housing had to make coming from inside the fork leg to the mounting point on the caliper was causing a bit too much friction, even with new coated cables and lined housing.I routed the cable down the outside of the fork leg and everything suddenly worked perfectly.I am still giving these 5 stars as the product seems solid and is as advertised and for a good price.There is a small design flaw, in my opinion, in that where the cable enters the brake caliper is oriented toward the outside of the fork when most are more toward the inside (wheel side). This design requires that the internal routing of the fork not be used.I ended up buying some stick on cable guides to keep things neat and the brake working properly.
